Annual General Meeting

Pre-voting will take place April 23 — 28, 2026 at Lloydminster Co-op Marketplace (3606 50 Avenue, Lloydminster), Lloydminster Co-op Agro (4515 52 Street, Lloydminster), Lloydminster Co-op Fuel Centre (RR 14 and Hwy 16), Neilburg Co-op Grocery (32 Centre Street, Neilburg, SK) and online.

In order to vote you must be a Lloydminster and District Co-op member. There will be live voting at the Annual General Meeting from 5:30pm — 6:30pm. 

Join Lloydminster and District Co-op for the Annual General Meeting. Learn about the Association’s 2025 financial performance and activities. All are welcome to attend; however, only individuals holding a Lloydminster and District Co-op membership are eligible to vote.

Location: Prairie Willow Room — Lloydminster Exhibition Association
Time: 5:30pm doors open, Voting at 5:30pm — 6:30pm, 7:00pm meeting commences
